im on pldt dsl@256k.. didnt experience that
so there will always be problematic areas. we cant prevent it.... the must thing to do is call for their support and have them check the physical lines first. before they mess up with your settings. sometimes they tend to point out to our pc's ra.
i know old nah ni nga post, pero ug naay mka basa ani nag hanap ug DSL,... ayaw jud ug PLDT dsl connection,... bati kaau ug service, pass pass connection, bati service,... kinabatian nga systema sobra ka bati,... mg apply na lng ko ug SmartBro, sa ako bigro smartbro xa ok ang service bsta ug naay taga PLDT mka basa ani, .... HOYYY pg mata mo!
mine response time is 300-310 normally using Globelines.
but anyone naka problema sa ilaha router? kay usually man gud ang free router sa Globe na SpeadStream sige ka disconnected tapos Hardware failure. My officemate did have the same problem sa ilaha balay.

PLDT ko @ 384kbps. ok ra man 300-400ms response time
