This is soo true. I had a manager who applies the same "weight" of make-up no matter the time of day. Imagine, say lunch time and she wears HEAVY (yes all caps) make-up. Thick eyeshadow - bold colors (think purple, green, gold), thick mascara, thick foundation -- we can literally see her face "cracking" later in the day, red lipstick. We found it so disgusting - she got away with it because of her position.
