My suggestion for the name of the group:
1. Grupo Astronomical de Cebu
2. Amateur Astronomers of Cebu
3. Cebu Stargazers Society
4. Association des Astronomes Amateurs de Cebu
5. Cebu Association of Lunar & Planetary Observers
6. Cebu Amateur Astronomers Society
For voting just reply and type the number of choice or suggest a name not found
on the above choices....

Just a comment, on 5. Cebu Association of Lunar & Planetary Observers...I don't think it's a good idea to use a group name that seems to indicate that the members delimit observation to the Moon and planets, as there are other objects of interest in the night sky.
Also, while I like number 1, as there are a lot of Philippine-based institutions with Spanish names, I have reservations about number 4, I mean how would we respond if someone asked why the group's name is in French? 
I'm currently looking at the refractor's specs. Interestingly enough I've used a similar 'scope before, but I will not give my "review" of it now because I need more time to give a more fair judgment on it.
Still haven't been able to get in touch with Chris Go, but hopefully tomorrow you'll have news.
