masakpan gihapon kay sa invoice ug PO di man mag tugma inig spot check. so inig deliver, the in-charge of the back-office should put it in inventory. masakpan gihapon kay di man mo balanse kung di niya ipanso. believe me, masakapan gihapon. di mo balanse imong income ug payables. you can base it against the invoice, PO, actual deliver, etc. etc.

Actually ang POS dili gyud totally mowagtang sa kawat, mo-minimize lang up to 99%. For example, magsabot mo sa inyong mga staff nga ang mawagtang nga stocks from your inventory start to inventory end, bayaran nila(usually katong wala gipanso, den ang bayad instead sa cashier didto sa bulsa). Dili lang pod nimo pabayran ang gikaon sa ilaga, mabal-an man na nimo ug ilagan ningkaon kay inig tilaw nimo, tigok ka. hehehe. Bitaw, sample lang na ba. Mag binantayay gyud na sila nga walay mawagtang kay sila man gihapon makatapal.

In total, depende ra gyud na sa tag-iya unsay iyang "corrective action" after niya makita ang discrepancy from POS and actual.

You can also closely monitor your inventories. And make it part of your store policy that lost inventory is charged to the employees.

You also have to monitor your sales, too. The question is, how do you track your sales right now? Is it all manual and just being listed? Or are you using a cash register? You need to have control measures based on how you are tracking your sales.

If all else fails, get fidelity insurance. This means that if a staff runs away with your money, the insurance will pay you for your loss.

Yeah. duha ra gyud na ang padulngan bro, either dili fair sa "tagiya" or dili fair sa "employees" (heheh). depende ra gyud na sa decision sa owner kung madala pa niya ang cost sa alkanse.

But heres my new rules will will start next week.

1. Do inventory.
2. Count your money everyday - any excess or negative will be tracked in a daily basis.
3. After every 1 or 3 months do inventory again. - if you have excess money in your daily accounting since your last inventory, pay it to the lost items. Ang remaining maoy bahinon. If negative ka sa imong daily accounting, i add ang total negative sa bayronon.

I guess this is now fair kay apil ang tag-iya sa bahinanay. I believe, unfair lang ni sa employees kung ang tag-iya mismo ang mangawat. Hehehe.
