this one is now overrated. though we shouldnt let that controversy pass us, especially us (apil ko) who are in the medical field. naa bya na nato sa atong ethics ang confidentiality. now we, health care practitioners in the philippines, all have our names tainted here and abroad. una katong board leakage, tapos this one. paet na lang jud ang walay sala madamay. should they kept their mouths shut and cellphones and cams out of the OR, there wouldnt be a thing like this. asa naman ang right to privacy sa ato patient when we couldnt keep it confidential. it's our sorry ass now. kadaghan na ni mahitabo sa mga hospitals na they breach the patient's right to confidentiality, though not as pronounced as the video on youtube. it happens everyday when we admit patients with "weird cases" like AIDS or STDs. sad but true. now people wont trust their health care professionals much as they used to.

@ LYTSLPR naa ka punto bro pero for me what prevails :

- one in a million case ni siya specially in a very conservative country therefore even if JANJAN is a nobody , he will be a somebody .

- dili ang pagka-amaw ni JANJAN ang basehan , heck he can even use MALING if he wanted to ( we dont really know but can only assume the odds of what really happened kung naa ba toy consent or rape ang nahitabo ) , point is ang issue is about the CODE of ETHICS and PROFFESIONALISM that was non existent inside the oeprating room .

- it doesnt need to take a JANJAN to make the issue sensational , being REALISTIC also , these UNPROFFESIONAL HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS kay karon lang nabulabog because os a certain " JANJAN " who really got the balls to come out of the limelight to expose these BASTARDS . Now that is what I find more REALISTIC and KATUOHAN .

bay, bisan unsaon pa nimo ug bali bali ana, dili jud na xa tabang! its their duty to do the operation bangtog gani naa na sila dinha!!!! the only thing na nakabahog tiktik ani nila is that, gipistahan nila ang patient. me myself is a health care practitioner and its against the odds of the so called CODE OF ETHICS. in every profession, dili ka kagraduate if wala kay subject that talks on PROFESSIONALISM and CODE OF ETHICS. bisan na bayot, the hell won't matter kay patient xa and a patient has the right jud and also if naay camera, they should ask a permission from the patient. dapat lang jud na makasuhan ni sila and the result should depend on the court itself but klaro man gud ayo.. daghan ayong nag video ato, one video ang nigawas sa youtube, naa pay lain and the angle itself klaro ayo.. there's a big possiblity na irevoke jud ni ang license..

And if ONLY the DOCTORS whoever it is who obvioudly runs the show should have APPREHENDED and WARNED the person responsible for the taping but instead KONSINTIDOR man diay kaayo pod !! Its just a matter of a VIDEO that was aired / uploaded for the whole world to see .

Sama sa pinaka una na reply nako .... if sa US na nahitabo kay FBI ang mo dakop ana nila for the violation of the PRIVACY ACT . These bastards are still lucky enough for being DOCTORS in the Philippines or for that matter , namiktima ug JANJAN who is a BAYOT na wlay DUNGOG .

Blessing in desguise lang cguro pod ang canister scandal ... if not for it , how many more PATIENTS will be DISRESPECTED and HUMILIATED by these so called " HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS " ??
