That's exactly what this thread is leading to.

MLMers are asking us to open our eyes. Well, we had open eyes since we've seen how bad MLM an influence can be in our lives. Walay nilahutay sa MLM ug dugay diri sa Pinas. I understand them anyway. The MLM newbies seem to be the most enthusiastic. Maybe when all the "palami" talk is gone and they have proven themselves that MLM doesn't work here, then they will be saying the same to the new batch of newbies: OPEN YOUR EYES.

I dunno why still, daghang mailad anang sweet talk.

Kung dako kaayog kita ang MLM, why stick to your traditional business?

Kung dako kaayog kita sa MLM, nganong moundang ang uban ug moingon nga wa na silay time? I think what they literally mean is, wa nay ma-convince or mabulatik.

I guess it's not too late to OPEN YOUR EYES.

But the drawback, it's so shortlived, the market gets saturated immediately, and no more repeat orders (because there's no order in the first place). Legit MLMs on the other hand is pure business and that is, there's exchange of goods, in other words, there are products. The distributor's income is based on the products sold individually or by the group (depending on the marketing plan). This is designed to last long because of the repeat orders of the products.

well said yokam.. wew. i read the thread from page 1. don't judge sa inyu ra nabatian please.. not unless naging victim jud mo..

there are two important reminders if mu invest sa MLM..
    know the business ethic.
    know the products.

so.. im glad..wala ko masayup sa ako gisudlan.. not only nga approved sa BFAD, SEC, DTI ug Malayan ang amo company..
but , the moment you join naa nay 73% sa g invest ang nauli sa ako. thru sa package
kada bonus. product and some cash ang i reward.. naka concentrate on product selling kumbaga

sa una d pud kaau ko nahan ug networking but. mostly sa ko money gi laag ra ug g banko nga 1% ra tubo.month. i tried it. in 2 weeks bawi na thru d.selling..
kataw-an ko, kanchawan and i discourage sa ko mga officemates.. but cge lang.. mag ngisi nalang ko kada kita sa ko account profile income

It's no different from other MLMs that have died. Almost all are registered with DTI, SEC, have some sort of insurances, and in fact, are listed under the Direct Selling Association (DSA).

If you can survive the three-year MLM jinx, and your income is going up, then I might as well be convinced. But if you've been in the business for more or less one year, then probably you're still a victim of sweet talk.

** networking in philippines is growing because daghan man magpabuyag gud. kung naa mangingilad nga lower class... kining networkers are for lower, mide and upper class nga persons. ang pait lang... daghan mailad sa lower class kay mao man ang walay alamag sa panghitabo.

Yep dili victim kung commission sa sales; pero kung bawi based sa number of recruits imong gipasulod, ikaw ang nangbiktima unknowingly.
