Yes, it does. Noobs are given limited features. and you know why? because people have been abusing the forums, creating new accounts all the time to repeatedly violate the forum rules.

The way I see it, noobs are supposed to participate in the forums, that way other istoryans might get to know that newbie better. People doing business here can now have something to base their judgement on your character on. To put it bluntly, unsa man mo nga klase nga pagkatawo? yaga yaga ra ba ning inyo, o tinarong gyud mo?

now if you guys are creating threads just to increase your posts or "SPAM", then it defeats the purpose, doesn't it? please read the rules.

as stated in the rules, you earn your privileges here. It's not a god given right.

It's not a race. There's not much difference in being a Junior and an Elite. it could mean a lot of things. it could mean i have no life, that i have a lot of time on my hands, i conduct a lot of business here, i have a lot of friends here, i want to stay connected with the cebuano community, or it could also mean that I simply love iSTORYA.
