CLANNAD is very touching and poignant, and it has a few laughs as well. the animation quality is top-notch and the cinematography is nothing short of awesome.

i've seen only four eps, and yet it has already hooked me. a real class A anime. if you like haruhi suzumiya, I"s, Byousoku 5 cm or My Sassy Girl, watch this anime.
