Money Order from Nigeria

Somebody from Nigeria sent me a money order to buy phones for him. I asked for the tracking number and I've seen that its now here in the Philippines. Problem is, I heard a lot of scam or fraud about nigerians..Any idea on this? Please help.

Bai, don't even think about it...

Try verifying the tracking number on the OFFICIAL website of the carrier...I don't think na tinuod na cya

even if "bidpay" or "western union" sends you an email, they aren't real, cuz bidpay doesn't work like that...tuo lang

How about if money order was sent thru lbc and I can verify the number that he sent me thru the website? is it true that money order can be changed for cash in any banks here?

as far as i know, Nigerians are the top spammers on net...their target -> businessmen and those they know who have lots of money...and many ang nailad!
we really had a lot of bad experiences from them sa company na giworkan nako before...they sent a lot of USELESS cheques and money orders when we thought they're going to order our products...they really get into our nerves!

What happened to the money order? they were all fakes? How about africans? are they engaged in spams or fraud also?

well, if you want to learn from experience, you are free to do so...

but i can assure you 90% that the money order is fake, the cheque will bounce, or something else will go wrong.... At a 90% risk factor - I wouldn't go for anything

yeah sure, this is another scam. i recieve alot of e-mails from nigerians informing me or sometimes offering me money deals but i can sense the way they presents the deal nga nangilad jud na cla.
