That's just our impression of the manila pips. talagang ang accent nila medyo mayabang lang pakingan para rin taga cebu murag isog paminawon. Pero ok rana...

I would beg to disagree. I happen to like the 'accent' of those who speak Tagalog because it sounds sweeter and 'malambing' compared to the Bisaya accent.

So, it's really NOT the accent.

i dont think cebuanos hate them, but its the other way around...... its Manileños hate Cebuanos.....

during my college days nakasummer class ko sa manila,sus makaingon jud ko nga oa kau modiscriminate ni taga manila basta bisaya ka,bugal2an imo accent...hasta tindera sa mall libakon ka nga"AH!BISAYA!...makalagot pero katilaw pud sila sa kaisog sa bisdak,papildi ba diay mi.....

Im not a Cebuano.. and i dont see why "cebuanos" should dislike manileños in totality..
I dont dislike them, but i dont like them totally either..
