Its not an excuse to charge unrightfully of passengers. Just like "Ignorance of the Law is not an excuse".

I don't think "forced" is the right word here. It's the students being so passive. It's either they pay P6 or di lang moreklamo kung suklian dayun P6 ang gikuha. The drivers and kundoktors know about this and if only students would voice out, di man pud siguro ni sila magpaugat.

D ko motuo ang student kay "forced" to pay P6. Sila mismo ignorant sila about the law that's why they kept on paying the regular P6. Kung kahibaw pa na sila, ngano gud tawn dili sila mobayad sa P5 na para ila jud na-rate.

Ang uban students, out of goodwill man jud na ila ba. Kung ako usa ka-estudyante then dili ra sakit ang extra piso para pliti, why not give it. Hatag man gani ta piso anang bata sa dalan na dili man gani pod na pwede, unsa na lang kaha nang mga drayber na makita nimo na nagkinahanglan pod.

sumanai.. I do agree that I've used such a violent and grave word for describing such act. Yes, they should ice out their issues... daghan ra kaayo intimidating cases like this and they don't even have the inner will to voice out saying "noy, kulang imong sukli".. Pero I do hope that this thread will awaken the public on this.. dili kay magcge ra og ka-ikog ang mga pasahero everytime they pay their fare.. i mean pasahero students..

Hope this could raise public awareness. Kung hatag, then hatag. Pero there is still a wide difference between hatag tungod pity and hatag tungod ma-ikog... I do hope these concerns could be properly addressed to the public officials so that they may be able to do some measures to help.. Learn to voice out...
