.. what's funny about this whole issue is the penalty of six million pesos worth of damages to be paid to janjan if proven guilty. Crap, is janjan really worth 6 million pesos ?? He is a nobody, not unless if he's a prominent figure in cebu or a professional in which moral damages can really hurt your reputation, but janjan C'mon, super outrageous claims.

Yes, unfortunately people become millionaires from winning lawsuits. If it is against a big company, you would want to hurt them, and the only way to hurt them back for what they did is money, nothingelse. Reputation... gamay ra ug impact. Some companies even lose enormous parts of their profit unta because pilde sila ug kaso nga mga ingon ani. It's just normal, really. Especially in the medical field.

.. and talking about coming out of the open. It's not the doctors who posted it on youtube, nothing is definite on that yet, but they believe it's one of the student-nurses. That's the stupidity of this all. The one who posted don't know the unwritten rule of doctors of what happens in the OR stays in the OR.
