so no face = no identity = no humiliation... in other words, "i won't do anything"...
i hate to call it stupid but such a move is non-sense. why would i just shut up when i saw my anus on the video being laughed at by those staff in SOTTO? i've got to teach them a hard lesson. so to answer my own question, i'd go for the 6M for the damages or ask even more than that.
call me poor... heck i wouldn't even care. kung sa merika pana nahitabo, gamay rang $10M ana.
The bigger the amount, the bigger lesson they learn, that's how it is. It's not because the person is money hungry but it equates to how serious the case is. May nang daku nga kantidad aron motagam ang Sotto di ba? Ug affordable lang, aw magsige lang.

Bisan na'g personal humiliation lang sa iya nga part, but the mental anguish and humiliation he experienced because of the incident, and to mention his doctor's betrayal of his trust, can be very disturbing.

.. humiliation ?? Who humiliated who ?? In the first place, janjan was the one who placed himself in this situation, because of his carnal behaviours.
.. and talking about TAGAM, let this be a lesson to all gays out there to protect their arses.
.. don't be so emotional with your judgement people, look at all angles.
well, no. duh... unless my anus' got two eyes, a pair of eyebrows, a nose and a mouth---i can even put my anus' picture as an ID.
fin, maybe you should start reading the very first few articles about this so-called incident. coz apparently, it sounds like you're too updated with regards to the recent news, and too outdated about the whole story and what really happened.
FYI, to your convenience, JANJAN was ALREADY humiliated by his neighbors even before the video came out. as to how they found out it was him, we don't know.
ako pay jan2 pasagdaan ko nalng na oi total iya pod bitaw ng sala..kung wa pa siya nagpa***** wa tana to..
after pila ka years or months mabahaw na bitaw ng isyoha..
@chad.. here we go again, it proves you're not reading my post...

..just a phrase from that post of mine
As i've heard here in our barangay, actually my barrio and janjan's barrio are neighbours
.. that's why i'm so updated.
.. and just so you'll know.. his neighbours mocked him coz JANJAN, WALA NAKA OTOT UG DUHA KA ADLAW, MAO ADTO HOSPITAL. It's not about the video but to his complaints of not having farted for two days.
Fingolfin, at least you put in your mind this is just not an ordinary complaint, this is a medical complaint. The doctor betrayed his patients trust because he allowed or just ignored people who took videos during the operation without the patient's approval. Nibalibad si Janjan nga videohan even for study purposes lang, samot na kaha nga nakahibaw siya givideohan siya, gibugalbugalan pa gyud. That's the issue here, betrayal of trust. We trust doctor's to hold to their oath of medical ethics. It's not because na humiliate siya, I think you guys are concentrating on the wrong ground here. It's the hospital's, the doctor's betrayal of his patients trust of medical confidentiality.
