What type of electronic tester? what brand?

its not really electronic, analog ra japon. kana bang classic eletric testers with two poles (-)(+)

kung ni boto na emung tester (wrong use), open it, replace the fuse and some resistors.

Replaced the fuse, right? Try to test if its work if not buy a new one. By the way what is the brand of the analog tester.
