dili tanan agents ma stagnant ang knowledge. depende ra sa account/dept./scope.

im building a career right now, nag start ko ug sweldo nga lower than 18,000 coz after several yrs of experience

my salary will be 10 times higher than 18,000

TOR is optional.. you can have evaluated grades from registrar's office, payts na na!

I like the offer but this is only for newbies in call center for if i'd go for another call center, i would market my skill in much more higher amount. I've heard there are few call center offered roughly 25-30k only for the basic pay excluding incentives & other non-taxable allowances but you'd be assigned in remote areas or other cities like Dumaguete or Davao.. Basta.. am upto it if cebu based lang kaso not in the mood for venturing outside the city yet.. my heart is here in cebu..
