i like nokia cos it is so easy to use. but then i hate that they come up with a newer and better version in such a short span of time.
i like sony ericsson for the durability and quality of their phones.

and why is it that i get more defective sony ericsson units (for repair...not broken lcd or any user fault) in my shop than any other brands despite the fact that nokia outsells s.e. phones in sheer numbers?

Based on my actual experience;

SE = customer service from hell!
Moto = good design boring os
Apple (iphone) = good design, boring features, poor technology (features)

NOKIA CARES!
