if i were to decide, i'd like the DOJ to implement the appropriate sanctions and punishment to all those involved in the video under due process. as to what intensity, i could not answer that since it would be unfair if i say "put them to prison!!". so ang ako lang as iSTORYAN is to comment on such issue and leave the rest to them.

i will affirm sa imoha bay.. sakto jud ka!!! nigwas naman na, then let the jury do the action. bisan unsaon pa nig bali bali, sayop jud ang mga medical team kos they know for the fact na naay code of ethics every profession nya nganong nag video paman.. this will help truly in cebu. dapat lang na naay sanction ani mahintabo kos its obvious kung kinsa tong mga tawhana.

pro naa ka point... sakto ka nga angay jud e revoke ang ila mga license..... hilas pa jud keu dugay kaayu mo sign sa imo O.R. case stricta pajud kaayu... to the point na expired na imo case....dah!!!! tan-awa na issue na noon.... if i will be the judge handling this case i would only resort to revocation of their licenses.. to serve as a wake up call to everyone in the field of medicine and to prove to everybody that this country does not tolerate such unethical acts and that due process is given to everybody in this country and that the rule of law is dominating over the land.........
