Isn't the Sirius house unplottable also? ... but yet only a few actually know of it and the whole wizarding community seem to know where Hogwarts and Hogsmeade is. The rail station ... is it unplottable? Does it occupy the same space as that of the real world station? If it is unplottable, how do new wizards get to it? ... if they didn't know beforehard where it was. Isn't that a pre-requisite to get to an unplottable location?

I guess the answer to most answers is ... it's magic because JK Rowling leaves a lot of things unanswered.

@vern: from what i read, the house is in muggle land but it is enchanted so that any muggle that approaches it sees only an eerie castle and suddenly gets a compulsion to leave the place immediately. Also, it is an unplottable with a secret keeper. Although many people visit it, noone can say where it is located except for the secret keeper.

@calai_adie: thanks for the site. I enjoyed it, it was most uplifting and gave me hope that all was not yet lost. =)
