    it really depends.. ako weight remains the same but my body fat % goes down.. kai mao man na akong target.. pero it's not just because of all the activity i do... dako pud factor ang akong diet.. just right na di ko ma bitin for energy while trying to reach my goal.. as for rest.. i sleep 8 hours every night.. and sometimes ma sakit ko sa baboy..

    mga master ok rba ni.. i've been working out for almost 2months na... kay bakasyon lgi namawi ko... 5x a week ko mag workout averaging 2 and a half hours in the gym.. kay if nana pud klase maglisod nku ug abot anang 5x a week swerte na kaayong 3x a week tungod sa sched... ok rba straight nga workout niya restday nku kay sat and sun... or everyother day jud...??

    gaining akong goal... so far im gaining man pud so medyo nka ingon ko nga medyo effective pero just want to consult sa mas nkahibaw kay bag.o pman gud ko aning workout and lifting weights in the gym...

    2 n half hours sa gym? pila ka minutes ang gaWorkout ka ana? ehehehe kay imposible sad kaayo 2 n half workout jud kirig imo lawas ana. 5 straight days and 2 days off ok lang as long as ang imo program gahatag ug more than 40 hours or more rest for a specific muscle. Say if mgChest and Triceps ka Monday, the earliest nimo buhaton nasad na is wednesday or ideal thursday na, nakapahuway na nga specific muscle, sa tuesday and wednesday nimo you target ubang muscle group. You want to gain right? you will gain not in the gym but away from eat while sleeping and eating. ang sa gym giStimulate ra nimo ang muscle to grow but without nutrition and rest mao ra gistimulate lang taman. hehehe

    hehehe what i mean sa 2 and a half is dala npud pahulay oi... hehee dli mada if lahos2x unsa superman?? btaw so far im gaining man... just want to ask if ok rba ng straight nga workout master....

    pangutana lng nako sa mga boxingero sa ila physique...na maski intense ila workout, adlaw2x pero nganu dako ug porma ghapon ang lawas??...
    pero naa pud ni sulti nako na kung hardgainer ka..avoid mga sports na ing.ana para dili mag lose weight..
    pero enough ba na sa akoa1 hour training...murag di pud ko malingaw or makontento mao ad2 pud ko lain na sports..
