it really depends.. ako weight remains the same but my body fat % goes down.. kai mao man na akong target.. pero it's not just because of all the activity i do... dako pud factor ang akong diet.. just right na di ko ma bitin for energy while trying to reach my goal.. as for rest.. i sleep 8 hours every night.. and sometimes ma sakit ko sa baboy..Originally Posted by boyetzked
