CVG kay rapid ang expansion, but Im sure rapid sad sa eTel hehehe
sa amount of calls, depende rana sa imo account, Im lucky to be in a layed back account

as for politics, maski asa naa jud na, if you cant deal with it, pag agent lang sa. Lahi jud ang environment pag supervisory position naka, you have to deal with badlongon nga agents, as well as other internal issues. Kung agent raka, dawat raka ug call, uli/laag pag human

i agree with Metz regarding office politics, naa gyud na anywhere...Anyway you also might want to include Teletech. Currently our account is growing and we also have chat and email support.

nag work ko karon in a call center industry.. 3 years kapin nako diri.. plano nako mo-resign around last quarter this year kay feel nako wa koy professional growth diri.. ask ko sa inyo opinions and advices (if there are) kung asa maayo nga call center company balhinan

Teradyne is located at MEPZ 2 atbang na sa Lear. I can't remember pila gyud ang basic but i believe they almost the same with other call center.basta relaxed kaayo didto cge lang tabi mga agent hehehe usahay daw 6 calls lang madawat sa usa ka shift di ba ok di pareha sa uban 40 above kada shift.

i read sa mynimo about insurance customer care associate.. what account kaya yan sa cvg? ive been planning to transfer, prob is i belong to the same lob with that of the tech account offered by cvg.. for sure, the insurance agent is not of the same lob.. need advise here as well
