bro, I've downloaded bitcommet nah, and when I tried to use it "it said nga ako half-open limit is currently set to low, and currently at 10. diba ang limit is 200? so is it ok nga ako i.set sa max value nga 200 bro? d kaha ni mu.create ug problem sa ako system?

i hope what ur doing now will get u to what u wanted. coz it seems what ur doing now (d bitcomet thing) is entirely a different thingy than from what u initially posted. IMO, ur initial problem could have been just that the internet was busy, the server was busy, etc., i mean ur end must have been just ok. it's the outside that's just busy. it might be ok now. i suppose the anime's ur trying to download comes in torrent too. good luck!
