Yeah I'm waiting for ParkLane Hotel and Crown Regency -- both high rises... Ummm, especially the Corwn Regency which would become the tallest building in the Visayas and Mindanao..

having marco polo hotel in cebu will definitely be an additional promotion for Cebu....In Davao...Marco Polo was built and operated since before 2000 and it helped the city's tourism. http://www.marcopolohotels.com/davao/

by the way, the former Garwood Park Hotel which was the former Park Place Hotel, which again was the former Rajah Hotel...... will once again be back to...... RAJAH PARK HOTEL.....
