I tried reseting my modem/router but dli ghapon ko ka connect sa internet using the device. Dli pud ko ka download sa manual from westell kay e-direct man sa verizon ang configuration sako device.
@ceannix: hmmm. try to reset for 20 sec max. long press the reset button. watch the green indicator for progress.
if mao gihapon... i would suggest to buy a new w-router. it depends on you, bro.

Westell Versalink 400 series... gipadala sa akong sister.. atot dili madala ug configure bisag na reset nako. WTM.. palit nalang ko netgear.
