But that's reality sa among place, sad to say.

There is no problem with the people there bro..
maayo ang mga tawo didto.. most of my barkadas are moslem
and in fact mo visit na sila sa ako diri sa Cebu every Sinulog kay ganahan kaayo sila.

Problem lang didto is the War between ABUSAYAFF, ARMIES, MILF
na ang maapektuhan is mga civilian.. doesn't matter kung moslem or christian.
Worst grabe ang extortion didto... reason wala kaayo investor nga mo gahin sa ila money.

mga dudes... don't feel bad that CEBU is at the bottom of the list. kay daghan pud bya g-consider nga factors.

the fact lang that people from all over the Philippines move to CEBU is proof that our beloved province is livable enough to be considered livable. toink.

bitaw, on a serious note, i can never think of any other place to live in the Philippines than CEBU. why? kay kung adto kog MANILA, samok. kung adto kog BUKID, mingaw pud kaayo. maayo sa CEBU, kay dili kaayo samok dili pud kaayo mingaw.

The bottomline is, wherever is your comfort zone, you prefer to stay.

Kung ganahan ka magpuyo sa Carbon, Pasil or Ermita kay para nimo paraiso nang mga lugara wala may mo kontra nimo. Kung ganahan ka mopuyo taliwala sa lasang kay para nimo paraiso sab, walay poy molalis nimo. In the same way kung para sa inyo Paraiso ang Cebu despite the high cost of living, high crime rate, zero forest cover, walang kokontra.

But we are not talking here of perceptions. We are talking here of rankings and figures dont lie. No matter how you Cebuanos justify the result will not change the ranking of Cebu at Number 20. You should be circumspect because even filthy and noisy is number 11.

Something is wrong people and you should figure it out.

By the way, I find it unfair to point Mindanaoans as troublemakers in Cebu. True there are kuratongs there but I dont think percentage wise they comprise the bulk of Cebu's criminals. Pila ra may dayo sa Mindanao sa Cebu as to affect the entire criminal activity.

same kung mo adto ka sa usa ka lugar kay di ka ka-appreciate sa uban.
you need money to explore the City and Provinces...

I have money to spend...Kaya lang i dont feel im getting its worth kung sa Cebu ko mosuroy.

I rather go davao and enjoy the cheap eat all you can and to live in mountain resorts.
