cost of living is of utmost importance IMHO... kinsa ba gud moadtog manila 10K ra ang sweldo nya ang panaliton mo value ug 15K? nya atong iconsider nga livable?

diri cebu, makakaon natag P15 sa pongko2x ... how about sa manila? naa kaha na? nga for six month stint nako didto kay mo prefer lang kog eat ug jolibee/mc do, kay ilang carenderia sus.... labaw pa sa fastfood ang rate...

Bacolod No 1, Davao No 3, Cagayan de Oro No. 14. Cebu walang binatbat. Ika No. 20 ra. Pun an pas mga bastos nga doktor ug nurse plus bloods ug crips plus mga tulisan, tiwas.

Hahaha that is so funny! Dude, Ako bisayang dako. Born and bred in Cebu and and have lived in the province since birth. The difference between you and me siguro, is I was able to travel and see other place, unlike other Cebuanos nga very miopic and very xenophobic ang attitude. So we're in the top 20? Maybe its a wake up call for us all.

If we want to remain competitive, maybe its time we look at what's happening in Cebu instead of crying out foul nga "ay naa na sad ni hidden agenda ning mga taga Manila". That attitude in the long run will lead to the downfall of Cebu. 20th place is telling us something, it certainly is worth an introspection as to where our beloved province is heading.

Ha ha ha. Wa gani mo top ten sa Pilipinas sa Asia na ba hinoun. Any survey which show Cebu ranking better in Asia is suspect. People abroad dont know much about the Philippines. They only know the more prominent ones like Manila, Cebu and Davao from previous propaganda materials. If they research more, they will realize theres more of the Philippines than those 3 cities. Then they soon realized that other quieter and more peaceful Philippine cities are more livable than the traditional ones.

Livable maybe, some Cities can compete... but how about investors?

are there any Cities that can compete with Cebu aside from Manila?

There are lot of Jobs that Cebu can offer compared to other Cities here in PI.


and I'm not from Cebu... I just love living here. Quite, peaceful and no threats for major security risk.
