oist naa diay istoryans managan sa abellana? i also go there(alternately jogging and walking kay gakuha pa balik hangin) after work 6 pm onwards..if naa mo kit-an nga galakaw nya kalit lang jog then walk napod ako na siguro nang tamboka wahahahaha

maayo diay kay daghan na ta. sige ra ba ulan karon. hopefully, maayo ang weather ugma. God willing. layo2 pa ra ba amo tisa sa lapu2.

except for my pathetic time of 57 minutes, again, i had an amazing run. no walk, no stop. i did not give in to the temptation to rush at the start. i paced. lisura pud sa uban nga dalan, gamay au.
gamay ra man nangapil. as usual mendel and liezl gihapon ang winners.
anyhow, looking forward to the next one. unsa man gyud inyo: mandaue or queen city?

Mandaue on the 4th right? I think i have to pass this one.
anyone wants to join Danao run on the 18th of May?
btw, i did 'run for life' at 55:02.

the cebu queen city 12k footrace was removed from the run for sight site.

so there's no choice but the mandaue inter barangay run this sunday.

i did clocked at 1:01:08 in last sundays run... to bad for my under an hour 10k run expectations. wala man gud ko naka warm-up kay hapit nako na late, hehehe. but anyway, it was fun. :mrgreen:
