Di siguro because they had the patient's consent to have it filmed because of future reference or for study. If it wasn't uploaded, there's could be no case/issue right now.

Question lang, how do we determine having fun and making fun out of the patient? I think they did what they were supposed to and that the most serious offense there is the violation of privacy. The fun part looks like a misdemeanor to me. [br]_________________________________________________

first of all, the setting was in the OR not the breakroom or cafeteria. having fun, making fun out of the patient or the word fun should be out of that equation entirely. every surgical operation should be treated seriously and doctors know that. they can laugh all they want AFTER the operation but not WHILE DOING it. "baby out" and "ipasok ug balik" is just uncalled for.

"It also makes me curious why the patient blew this out in the open. Could it be that he also wants to blow his "damios perjuicios" (damages) against those peeps? In torts and damages, the more sensational the case, the more damages you can claim."
