Seriously, I hope that this one won't just be settled by that 6M. 6M is a really small amount compared to the damage that the video might cause, not only to the patient/victim, the hospital, but to the image of Filipino medical workers abroad.

I agree! If this happened in the US, 6 Million US Dollars is way too small.

pero karon, klaro pas kabuntagon ang video. dili jud malalis. maski unsa-on pa ni ug himo ug storya/palusot sa mga doktor, admin sa ospital ug ilang mga abogado, dili jud mabang bang ang physical evidence nga makita jud sa video. dili na jud ikalimod.

daghan jud kaayo ang nakasulti sa tago nga "kabalos na jud ko".

On the brighter side, the uploading of the video can be a blessing in disguise (unfortunately, on a bad note). If the video wasn't uploaded, how would we all know that such animalistic things happen in the hospital and much worst are done by doctors, nurses, and students? I strongly agree with Omad. Dugay na kaayo nang daghan ug reklamo ug baho nga nanggawas but because of lack of substantial evidence, mahulog ra sa wala. Sigurado ko, kadtong issue about sa VSMMC worker asking for *** in exchange for documents won't grab much attention and would just die down if such OR issue didn't came out. These people (especially the professionals in that hospital) will continue to abuse the patients because they knew that these people can't afford to get a good lawyer and file a case against them, kutob ra gyud intawn sa Barangay Hall and kaya aning mga tawhana. Unfortunately, they slipped in one and they've got no excuse because everything is in the video and is shown to almost everybody. All I can say is, good for them, they now got what they truly deserve. Any excuse they'll make will be so lame because the video doesn't lie.

This is not only for VSMMC but for other hospitals, companies, schools, and other institutions who are having employees to double check their employees especially about their etiquette. Professionals aren't supposed to act as animals.

wala naman tay labot kun unsay sexual preference ni jan2x.. basta lng unta ba nga gihatagan unta cya ug respeto atong pag opera.... uwaw na gani to ang iyang pagduol sa hospital aron magtambal cya... mas ming samot na nuon ang iyang kauwaw without knowing nga gi bugalbugalan na diay cya sa pag opera! sakto ba gud na sa mga doctor nga ang i-term "baby out"...? i tot kahibaw nana cla sa mga medical terminologies?

dli lng ni para sa sotto nga hospital nga issue kundi sa tanan public hospital kay sa akong na notice gyud basta mga public hospital.. sayon sayonon ra gyud nila ang mga pobre nga pasyente.... baw pang gasakit pa ila pa hinuon kasab-an.. nakapa aggravate lng nuon cla sa condition sa patient...

I think wala ka na ka kuha sa punto ani.... naay sayop na buhat ang mga professional practitioner "Naka kita kaba sa Video?" tarong ba gud nang doctor nga iyang gi spray pag gawas sa body spray ug tarong ba gud nang mag bugal2x...

Ako nag tan-aw sa video nasakitan ko...
Kung ako anak or imo anak naay na pasok sa lubot accidentally, naka tulon ug body spray accidentally, etc.... for sure dal-on nimo sa hospital ... operahan kuhaon tong butang nasulod then dili ka kasulod sa OR wala gyud kay idea unsa ila gibuhat sa imo anak.... then later on naka kita kag video sa mga cell phone gi pasa pasa nga naay mga doktor ga opera sa OR nga ga bugal2x sa ilang gibuhat ganahan kaha ka....
