dili na ni mo matter kung bayot, tomboy, pedophile o unsay sexual preference sa usa ka pasyente. maski unsay medical case pag sulod sa usa ka pasyente EXPECTED na na nga tagaan kag utmost care, respect ug privacy sa mga medical staff labi na jud unta ang doctor. bisan unsa pa nay napasok sa lubot sa pasyente, anha ra unta na kutob sa upat ka bungbong sa OR. dili na na kinahanglan makagawas pa. pero kay gi video han man, naa jud nay probability nga makagawas.

Bisan cguro ug wala to gi upload bai knowing the NATURE and ENVIRONMENT during and after the procedure .... do you really EMBARASSMENT ang rason ? Have you seen the video ? If youve seen then I am pretty sure youve also heard when they said " IBALIK sa LOBOT ang CANISTER " . I dont see any proffessionalism in their ... karon kinsa ninyo ang magpa undergo ug any form of procedures , surgeries , operations etc considering ingon ana gi pakita na caliber sa usa ka supposed to be PROFFESSIONAL ? how could you judge these people? you don't even know them. get to know what's behind the story.

hehe. you should watch the video and know what medical ethics is. it's not about their personalities so "you don't even know them" line is not applicable in this context. It's about professionalism.

the thing is.. there should be no camera phones inside an operating room. as far as i know, the patient was informed by attending physician that the case will be documented for medical practice.. the problem is that the way the procedure was documented was not "proper enough" to be studied by medical practitioners. and more, the IMPROPER way of documentation was uploaded to youtube for public view..

good point. I wasn't aware that there was an agreement.Truth is, I had issues with the way they documented it more than the fact that they documented it. How they did it was the display of misconduct - first the camera phone - it wasn't a digital camera that is a little more harmless in an OR and if there's no video digital cam available, there is malice with the use of all those camera phones. Too many of them.

About the youtube upload.. indeed we won't even care if it wasn't there. But although the intention was to entertain people - the offense made it more of an exposure of their own scandal.. and also unintentionally, it served the purpose of the media.
