It doesn neet a lot of money since with the advent of dv cam...and powerful computers....
and its more than that, it is about the expression of Cebuano's cultural and artistic heritage through film...it is an art..
It wouldnt cost that much as a common notion....
In the US there is a festival about short films...mostly six minutes long...
We will have our chance then to show Cebuano cultural landscape.....
