i have even tried troubleshooting whole network in almost a week, i didnt stop and I won, found out the problem(s)... found it by myself... suggestions of other people didnt work.
as suggested early on, make sure ur physical lan card is A ok. either by swapping it to a known good working one or getting a new one. they don't cost that much anyways. and if it's not it then u can always keep it as spare and for troubleshooting purposes. for me, that should have been what i did next after ensuring all settings are correct and the wirings are good. i mean, ur already pulling ur hair out but u have not tried isolating the card yet. do that now and come back here if it is still not working. lots of people giving u advices here. advance ones even. downtime is productivity lost is money wasted. hear from u soon.
if nag reformat naka and naa japon nga sakit, den sayop ang gi tambal cguro.... try isolating another possibility
