I think we shouldn't jump to the conclusion na it was done voluntarily, even if he says so.

What if it was FORCED up his butt without his consent? And then he's only saying that it happened during a "*** act" to avoid further humiliation? That kind of reasoning might be strange to us but different people think differently.

Then he would have been victimized not ONCE, but TWICE. The second time, during the operation, is worse because the very people who were supposed to help him only subjected him to further shame.

Wala bitaw klaro nga bala-od for cybercrimes dinhi Pinas, mao bitaw naa nagtago dinhi mga pinaka-deadly na mga hackers. Pero as part of the team who provided the health care, iya man gi-breach ang privacy sa patient, and i think naay sanction ang law ana . . . He (aw she ba? ) should be as responsible as are the other people involved as part of the people who "should" provide health care to the patient . . .

just recently we have seen in the television and heard this issue over the radio.... the story is about a certain gay which was subjected for removal of foreign object (the body spray perse) which was unfortunately put in place on his large intestines through his anus.. luckily it was successfully removed from his body after the operation. now the trouble starts after the operation not because of "operation complications" but because of the unethical attitudes that the medical personnels showed on the video which was aired over the net and was also made popular through the cellphones which has videos. my point of view regarding this matter is that doctors and nurses should always follow their vows, must be the patient's advocate and most importantly should follow the patients bill of rights which clearly states that every patient has the RIGHT TO PRIVACY..... hope this kind of controversy would no longer repeat itself and those personnels who where inside the operating room should be subjected to court trials and that due process maybe given to them...

its an insult on the part of the patient, and its a big shame on the part of the staffs. la gyuy mga batasan ang mga staff. unsaon nalang pag trust nato sa mga government run hospitals kung kulang pa ang mga gamit and naa pa gyud mga incompetent na mga staff. maau nalang naay action si Sec. Duque og gi investigate dayn. tsk tsk tsk maau na tang2xan og license na ang mga staff na involve ana.
