That's the point. It only happens when you use OpenDNS. It doesn't seem to be spyware either, so the most likely cause is ABS-CBN (or some hacker) doing something funny.
At least until someone can explain what's going on...

Actually if you register an account from opendns you can setup site blocking on your Public address you are using. Maybe someone already register opendns and setup site blocking on your public address.

For anyone who has used OpenDNS before, you can do all kinds of things to IP blocks. I have 5 IPs and I set everyone on my network to use OpenDNS. That way I can filter what they see, what sites people can visit, etc. My guess is whatever ISP you are using, they are using the services of OpenDNS.
