my mom told me about this... and i think this is illegal. because there is such thing as patient -- doctor's confidentiality.. i think they need special permission from the patient. to document the procedure.... this is invading the privacy of the patient, and this could happen to you too while sleeping... (not the ass thing) LOL.

they need special permission indeed.. but look at how they documented it - it was very very unprofessional. They all ought to have their license revoked and the hospital should lose its license as well.

it only shows how immature they are..unprofessional...
must be sanctioned...its good this comes out who knows there are lot of victims with this kind of wrong doings not only in VSMC
but also in other hospitals...
