Reasons why I left the company? Personal Growth! I've been with 1and1 for 2 years and 2 months. I started with 1and1 when the company still renting a place in Bigfoot. So I know the inputs and outputs of the company. What I can assure you is that the company serves as its best!

Schedule? Not sure if they've change it.. hmmm.. but before normal sked is :

11pm -8am
7am - 4pm
2pm -11pm
10pm -7am
1:30 - 10:30

Hehe, Im the one plotting schedule of my agents..

Pay? very reasonable if you're working in cebu area! Its not how much you earn, Its how much you save.

Little tips I've learned in SG.

Salary - Expenses = Savings (BIG NO NO)

Salary - Savings = Expenses (YES)

You need to set aside your savings before doing the expenses, rather than doing it the other way around.
