1&1 is a web hosting company yet a call center base. Dghan ka mkat-unan dri... LOL, uhmmm...i rather support scripting issues sa ako na case..lami kaau ang calls..mao lagi beyond of our scope of support. chillax xa pag.naa down...less 3mins ra ang handling time. dako na ang quantity, lubong lang sa quality. worthy sad akong stay dha. pero grabe k.broad ang scope
kuwang ra ang rate(as in! wala ra sa pay ang support)...lisud na lingaw..worthy kaau kung mka.help ka.customer...cguro training ground ang 1n1 to be a webhosting specialist... dli man sad bati ang 1n1 if u seek knowledge base na company, cool na nerd, adventurous and young professionals...dha lang jud kaau dako ang rate..

ma hait jud ang imo web prog skills especially if makasugat ka ug call na maka buang nya ang customer kay dli mo sugot na balibaran miski scripting problem plus ang tier 2 kay dli mo help, nya you're on the verge of crying na, kay its either dli sad kahibaw (oi... daghan ra ba jud ang dli kahibaw..) or dli lang jud xa hehhee... makat-on jud lagi ka hehehhe....

Surely, once you get out of that company with well verse technical knowledge - I can guarantee you that bigger company will hire you immediately!!
