problema lang is.. ang mga tao.. mudala sa ila mga pets sa clinic kung kamatyunun na...
and kung imo dad-on imo iro sa clinic mag tuo na sad ka nga maayo gyud imo iro..
i think ikaw ang best person nga naka hibaw sa chances of survival sa imo iro..

they gave me false hopes about my dog. they should have had said it straight to my face that my dog is dying and it'll be anytime. NOT SUGAR COAT IT! i will never recommend you going here. they are not honest at all!! i was open to the possibility of her dying soon but they shouldn't have admitted my dog. he just died after she was released from their clinic. my mom said to let the dog stay so that my dog can have a lot of chances for recovery, but the doctor said that it's ok, she can recover. my mom insisted twice and the doctor there said "it's ok, the dog will be fine". when my mom called them to say that our dog died minutes after, the doctor just said: ' ay, namatay na diay?'.. what the fussss!!! after all of the hopes they've given me! crap!

ayaw mo ari if imo iro or any animal needs serious medical attention...

this might be an isolated case, but nevertheless, you will not loose anything if you'd take my advice or make this as a warning for you...

sa imong pag dala sa imo iro sa clinic.. all you have is hope..
and what you were hoping for was not given to you..

again, basaha pagmaayo ang akong first statement. kahibaw mo no, ur really not getting my point..

sige para malipay mo, sige, let's put it this way, kung talimatay dyud akong iro daw beh, and akong gi-admit for the reason na sige, basin (HOPE!) na maluwas pa sya. naturally, mind set nmo, ah, wala na ni guro.. pero kay niadto ka sa doctor, ako niadto ko hoping and WAS RELYING AND TRUSTING their JUDGEMENT on the case sa akong iro: 'makarecover pa ni sya.... nikaon naman sya, ok na sya, pwede na sya mauli, she will recover dyud...'

kana! kung ikaw hopeless na ka sa IMONG JUDGEMENT SA IMON IRO NA ABI NMO TALIMATAY NA and here comes a statement from someone wHO KNOWS BETTER than you are, na ma-OK imong iro, di ka ana malipay?

I WAS A CUSTOMER and not all customers will have a positive or nice experience in the end. malas guro nako i had a negative experience. i think you would agree with me na not all of us will ever have same experiences sa maski kinsa na atong palitan sa services nga kinahanglan nato.. your experiences doesn't necessarily need to be the same with mine... (maski na dili with this clinic)

2. the question (for this thread) was regarding making feedback. i don't think feedback is a one way thing, naa guro nang positive and negative, if i had a positive experience with them, all the more I'll be doing feedback for them.

3. i would like to make it clearer for you: ngano man dyud wala ko giprankahan na padung na dyud ni patay akong dog. ngano, hadlok sila malain ko, nga maglagot ko. I'm a well rounded person and the fact na I asked them unsa dyud ang kaso sa akong iro..

i wouldn't mind if they will be doing their best to "save" my dog and make a "miracle" if you want to put it that way... i wasn't at all objecting to their procedure sa pag CBC, sa pag dextrose, sa whatever they did sa akong iro. i in fact appreciated it.

MY POINT: WHY TELL ME MY DOG WILL RECOVER NA AFTER A FEW MINUTES PA-DISCHARGE SA AKONG IRO DIDTO NAMATAY MAN? daw beh.. sila nga nakaihibaw sa ilang dpat buhaton, why tell me all these "hopes"?

IDEALLY MAO UNTA NI ILANG GISULTI: "...nga mamatay na imong iro anytime, but we will do their best to save her.." KANA, I WOULD HAVE APRECIATED THAT. pero wala... sugar coating.

np.. sir, that was my experience lng po, no need to generalize it. it was an unfateful one. kay naa man uban gud na wla kasabot sa akong case na nagmugna lng silag ilaha...

u can go there sir and u can have ur pets checked. ur experience may not be the same with mine...

Hi there everyone Since I started this thread, I think I should speak up. My intentions of starting this was to get feedback on this particular vet clinic -- feedback meaning both good and bad so everyone is entitled to share their own personal experiences and opinions on this subject matter. It is true that not everyone will have the exact same experience with any product and service that is why we have forums like these to share both the negative and the positive. It's freedom of speech and a healthy form of discussion as long as we just respect each other's opinions.

@whisperer: I am so sorry to hear about your dog. It's never easy losing a furry friend.

@Baby Wipes: Thank you for sharing your positive experiences with this clinic.

I guess the best way to find out is really to go, try it out and see for one's self whether or not their services are at par with one's expectations and needs.

no body is perfect., ..... you cant judge a doc especially a veterinarian, their patient is animal (common sense; animal cant talk to say docccccccccccc immmmmmmmm sick) theirs no one can blame for the mistake, were not GOD to judge.....
