the bad thing about our youth today is that they think that it is cool to enter those kind of stuff but actually its not... and those FRAT member or what so every they could never STOP what they have STARTED coz nangugat nah... so it will be ver difficult for the two to reconcile coz they already have grudges for each oposing faternity!! and it sucks!!! Hahahaha ..... yes you are right but then they are not members of the fraternities prior to becoming a rebel as to what I know and met personally . I never met a member who joined the rebels ..... even if they did , they did it because of their stupid decisions . Will it hurt the fraternity of their actions or their fate ? A big NO ..... because it is not fraternity related and please dont say something about REAL BROTHERHOOD because ikaw ray lutuon sa imong kaugalingon mantika . Cops hunt ‘fratman’ in shower-room murder

A FRATERNITY member is facing a murder case before the Regional Trial Court for allegedly shooting a man last February in Barangay Sambag I, Cebu City.

The Office of the Cebu City Prosecutor filed the case against Ericson “Kalgas� Pastorfide, who was accused of killing Bryan Contreras last Feb. 10, while the victim was taking a bath.

The city prosecutor’s office filed the case after Pastorfide, despite summons sent to him, failed to answer the complaint.

No bail was recommended for Pastorfide, who immediately fled the crime scene and who could no longer be found at his last known address.

Based on identification cards recovered from Pastorfide’s house during a hot pursuit operation, he was a member of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity.

Witness Rommel Indrina alleged that while he was in the living room of Contreras’ rented house, Pastorfide suddenly barged into the house, pointed a gun at him and asked for Contreras’ whereabouts.

When Indrina said Contreras was in the bathroom, Pastorfide went there.

Indrina then heard several gunshots, prompting Contreras’ common-law wife Analyn Tomaquin to cry for help.

Escape

Indrinas said he saw Pastorfide go out of the bathroom, holding a gun. He scaled the roof to escape.

Contreras died on the spot.

In her resolution, Assistant City Prosecutor Maria Luisa Ratilla-Buenaventura said there was probable cause for them to charge Pastorfide with murder.

“There was no way for the deceased to defend himself....(Pastorfide) did actually fire without risk to himself arising out of any defense that the deceased may put up,� the resolution read. GN

Again it is best to address that to the individual members who you think nagpasikat . Dont generalized , even non fratmen nagpasikat pod like what the OPPOSITION did but then wala tay mabuhat ana , thats their thing . In short ayaw i generalized ang FRATERNITY and POLITICIANS respectively as an example .

Well , its been actively and successfully initiated by the fraternity a lot of small and big projects like community service . The public dont need to know because exposure from the media sir/maam is equivalent to nothing . What I mean is , we existed to perform these duties and not compensate what trouble we brought . Naay gamayng project , MEDIA dayon .... PLASTIC ra kaau na . Just do your thing and maintain it makes it more realistic to make something happened .

Will I make a difference from the newly accepted members ? NO ..... remember , ang mga nangahitabo karon are actions by PROFESSIONAL ALUMNI'S , ang mga new and aspiring members tawn madamay kay mo steerotype mo na abi istambay bugoy na . Mas mo ban pa ko ug DATU , COLLEGE GRAD na HAMBUGERO kumpara sa POBRE na WALA NAKAHUMAN pero naay INITIATIVE and COMMITMENT to make the fraternity the better . HTH !!

@springfield - aw di diay ang pag screen sa mga new members ang inyo problema. Naa diay ninyo mga old members as what u said na u decided to kill opposing frat members diba?? Or in short naa jud hugaw sa frat mao na ma generalize mo as dautan kay naa may mga membro sama nimo.
