Suggestion lang. For noobs, download and install this thing. It's called Windows Steadystate. It creates a cache file in your drive c, where your Windows OS is installed. Whatever changes you have made to your pc is undone at the moment of restart. This is useful if you have accidentally deleted anything important in drive c, where your Windows OS is installed. You can read more about this in the website itself. Just google it. Also, you don't need antivirus programs that badly as all changes are removed upon restart.
