i actually meet this type of problem, first was that my Power supply was found some bad capacitor and i have it fix thru technician, further checking, it was found out that my ddr400 memory also has an error but i haven't bought a brand new one since out of stock man. I advise you to try to borrow a power supply and memory and test it to your pc.
