hi istoryans,

kanang i believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, inyoha sad na... i just wanna share my experience lang during our 5 day ACE training..

Actually this is my first job in a call center at first kulba au sa first day(i dont have any idea what i am getting myself into).. when i stepped inside the training room kita ko sa among ACE trainer nga electrifying ug buhok with an Aussie Accent and who really likes dogs(i think OBSESSED cya ug mga dogs..hehe)nisamot akong kulba ambot lang ngano(tungod cguro sa buhok...hehehe!) later on dayon human sa class nag call sim dayon me astang kuyawa nako(nikaging gud ko ug na rattle) kay irate naman kaau among trainer na drain jud akong energy atong adlawa

sa 2nd day disappointed among trainer sa CBT and Call Sim results(ambot ngano ingon ato iyang reaction mostly mga call center VIRGINS pa man unta me...hehehe) sa wla damha nag walk-out btaw na among trainer na-shock gud me tanan...but the way i looked at it murag gi-challenge me atong among ACE trainer kay the more he pushes me down the more i fight to go up(challenging kaau tong tawhana)

sa 3rd and 4th day murag ma-immune na gamay mga fellow trainees...dako ko ug score sa CBT(nakataghap hehehe!)

then comes the 5th day(the JUDGMENT DAY) tanan taw gi-nervous dayon na sa human sa class nag CBT and Call Sim na me(i thought during that time that i would really fail because i wasnt doing well in the CBT and call sim). so, abot na sa last hour the trainer told us to wait in the pantry..after an hour the results came and the trainer told us that only 2 passed and the rest failed and i was one of those who failed. he asked one by one why should he not fail us so ako sad tawn ni tubag niya... and after ana nag-mention dayon nilang christian baustista and charrise pempengco sa ilang mga experience and suddenly ni-ingon nga pasar daw me tanan dili ko ka-too i thought i was a goner(actually my score is off the charts literally...hehehe)

so, to warp things up sa akong experience lingaw, challenging, pressured and lastly ive met new acquaintances and hopefully make friends out of them... and by the way, pasalamat sad ko atong among ACE trainer kay naka glimpse ko sa life sa usa ka call center agent and i think he was doing a very good job..

mao na nga karon im doing my very, very, very best in the product training(sayon ra kaau kay troubleshooting ra and scripted pa jud...excited na mo-handle ug actual call)

mao ra to i hope nga nalingaw mo sa akong kaagi...hehehe!
