its not true that meridian or smart wi fi uses the smart cellsites from your phone coz its totally different like sita A,B,C raman ang existing site in cebu as I know off then mao rana ang makuhaan nimo og connection. dili ingon na apil 2 ang smart cellsite coz if thats the case like pudi da'ay ko sa abroad wahehe..
