for me bro, just try cleaning the terminals. I don't think that freezing or baking your flash disk will improve its condition. Your flash disk is no dry cell battery. Use buds in cleaning the terminals.

bro basin nadetect na cya pero wala makita sa imo comp maybe nagconflict imo flash drive sa laing drives pud. try using administrative tools then computer management then disk management. tan awa didto basin naay coflict sa uban. e change iya drive letter bro
