That's true, in fact, it is wiser to invest in real estate than let your money sit down in your bank

here's a conservative assumption of how much you will earn from our boracay condotel project versus you bank

    Bank Desposit

with an estimated annual interest of 5% gives you
    US $4,350 (PHP 200,100)

    VS

    Condotel Enrollment
with an assumption of 60% occupancy at US $100 per day
    US $9,600 (PHP 441,600)

Our condotel units in our boracay project will be increasing by Php 1,000,000.00 after selling the 100th unit. Not bad.

I agree with the topic but I wont invest in CONDOTELS .

I will invest in the " REAL ESTATE " in its purest form . Acquire cheap properties being forcasted that will boom in the next 5 years . Develop it competitively with the market and against the competition that is a guarantee in ROI in a halfs time .

Acquiring cheap properties such as foreclosures, rush sale and bargains is also a wise real esatate invesment. Thank you for that sir Springfield.

Condotels are mainly for invesment purposes. Hence, you will not live in your unit when you enroll it in the hotel operations. Thats why there are free stay privileges. Making it very ideal for balikbayans and foreigners.

For our Ramos Condotel project you'll have 30 days free stay per year if you enroll your unit in the hotel operations.

For the Crown Regency Boracay condotel you'll enjoy 45 days free per year plus 7 days from the Club Ultima membership. And if you pay in cash you'll get another 45.

Prevailing condo dues are Php 50 per square meter. That includes security, maintenance of the public areas etc

    just some tips:

    1. Why you’re making the investment. Do you intend to use and enjoy the property? Or, are you only looking at the investment potential? That’s important to your initial outlay and your long-(or short-) term returns.

    2. What’s your tolerance for risk? Learn your Risk Comfort Level, is this investment within those parameters?

    3. Your options for financing. Cash or credit. Your answer helps determine your investment.

    4. What fits well in your existing portfolio? To be well-balanced, your portfolio should have a range of assets including real estate–and your portfolio should include a range of properties.

    5. Your level of experience in the market. Experience is the roughest teacher–because it gives the test before it gives the lesson.

    6. Your desired level of involvement. Your level of participation will help you determine your type of investment.
