Holiday Spa wa ko ka memorize sa rates pero ang 3 months is P 4,500 if you divide that it comes out to P 1,500 per month. If you work out only 2 or 3 times a week you are better off with their Holiday Pass which entitles you to 20 sessions as long as you consume it in 2 mos. That comes out to only a thousand pesos a month.
For this they have the full line of cardio equipment, treadmill, elliptical, stepper, bicycle, rowing machinges, and even a spinning class. Aerobic classes galore , Hip hop, strength, bellydancing, yoga etc.. , outdoor jogging track, Machines for strength exercises, use of hot and cold showers, swimming pool, wall climbing, sauna and steam rooms. discounts on other services.
