^^I reckon it's more than just being able to play on his PC monitor. He probably wants to pop his Halo3 disc to his newly built PC rig and with a working 360 emulator..... he could play Mastur Cheef with a keyboard and mouse.

Kinda wishful thinking at the moment.

Open IExplorer or any browser.
Then in the address bar type: www.google.com
wait for the page to load.
next, on google's search bar, Type: XBox 360 emulator.

Buy a keyboard for the 360. Simple solution. I believe any USB keyboard probably works.
