    There should be a valid reason why you want to work or apply in this company. It's so cheap if you would like to work just because there's no uniform or dresscode. For me, the best reason to work in this company is that they offer a good compensation. Since the company is new, there is also a big opportunity for career growth. If ever they would require you to wear a formal attire, I believe it is just right. If you want to be called as a professional, you should act and dress like one.
