@ ds7locbslo: sakto, don't mention names
@ wsraxe: welcome back. how are you? mag birthday na baya kaasa ang celebration? dayun ka resign?
@ planet_ttc: Are you sure that you speak excellent English? Are you constantly on the number one spot in the ACE monthly charts? Can you maintain your number one position? Are you going to be an old song that is about to be replaced with a new one in the charts? I do believe, with full conviction, that you should follow a neutralized accent in ACE. You don't have to be slangy with your words. I believe other agents and even the trainees will be doing just fine if they are understandable to their customers.
Well, I have heard that there are two new trainers in ACE and they are pretty. I have also heard that some ACE trainers will resign. Whoa! I never realized that ACE has a colorful life.

For me ACE is not just another Communication Skills training, and it sure is not a walk in the park either. Its challenging for me and i guess same goes with the rest, but our trainer makes it fun for us and makes us appreciate ACE better.
I really think i'm going to miss our trainer after ACE.![]()
But for now, it's all good.![]()
The new ACE trainer is handling my class. She is VERY white but NOT pretty. It is obvious that she is new because
her facilitation skills are not good. She can speak well with an accent but she's boring and has no previous training experience.
I met her briefly in my previous company and she wasn't even a trainer there. I've been in the industry for a long time
so I know the difference between a good trainer and a bad one. Just a thought.
In addition, I don't think she is familiar with the ACE tools or the ACE process. Is she experimenting on us?
I don't have anything against her I just want to have a good training experience. Where are the tenured trainers?
I heard from friends that they are good.
@ stonedchewy: Who is your ACE trainer? Is she the one who has a big future? You know what I mean. I have heard that she is good.
