    Question:

    Pwed ba ang
Presidential, Unicameral, Federal System of Gov't? (dat's my choice)

Hadluk man gud gamay ang Parliamentary Form of Gov't, considering how weak our political parties are.
They are a lot of "political butterflies".

actually im not so sure w/ my post.
I do not know kung paano ma-iiwasan kunti ang nabanggit kong mga danger of Parliamentary kung Presidential ang form ng gov't.

I guess my next question is:
what are really the elements of a Presidential form of gov't and that of a Parliamentary form?

@ adminroot: Yes. That was after the Martial Law is lifted. Panahon pa ni Marcos. I don't know kung ang legislature at that time is unicameral or bicameral.

And oh, that's the current Pilipinas I am talking about, katong unitary presidential bicameral. Pardon me.

@ salot: No. As I said before, parliament is just a legislature. If we are talking about "what-you-sow-is-what-you-reap" na provinces, that's federation. According to the principle of federalism, always dako ang tax earnings para sa isa ka state, the rest (about 10 or 12 percent), ihatag na sa central government para sa defense, foreign affairs, postal service ug police.

It's possible na presidential ang legislature ug federal ang type of govenment.

in federalism, will corruption lessen? or will it be hard for corrupt leaders to survive? i've been hearing that these forms of gov't is not easy to steal compared to what we have now. mao cguro dili ni ma-approve ng proposal sa atong leaders karon. changing the form of gov't is rumored a long time ago pa, until now wala pa jud.

As long as there's Bureaucrat Capitalism, then people who are not in the bureaucracy will still remain as the oppressed and exploited in the society ....

If federal form of government will push thru, pwede cguro brod na mu range lang og income ang progressive cities then the rest hatag sa gagmay og income?

ex. Cebu, since dako tag income then we will give extra money to other city. Limit ba ron og 10 million then extra will go to other cities. We'll give them time to recover their economy let's say 5 to 10 years. I believe enough nana mka recover cla?

Mayu ni na systema kay instead 80% or 90% tax will go to national then 20 or 10% will back to us karon bali nani. 90 or 80% income tax ato na 20 or 10% gos to the national.

    Di ba okey?
